Which payment gateways can I use?

In India, Razorpay and Cashfree. In the US, Stripe. Each payment is matched to the attendee who made it, so your list and your payouts always agree.

How much does the Event Platform cost?

It’s free to start. Free events cost nothing, and HeyLevo takes no fee on paid tickets. Only the payment gateway’s own fee applies. See pricing for details.

Can I run invite-only events?

Yes. Upload a guest list and each person gets a unique code and link. People not on the list can request a seat, and you approve or decline each request.

Can I ask attendees custom questions?

Yes. Build your own registration form with any questions you need, such as company, role, dietary needs or session choice. Answers sit on each attendee’s record.

Does it work for virtual, hybrid and recurring events?
